Terms of Service

Nihongo Flight is an independent online Japanese learning platform. It provides lessons, practice tools, quizzes, missions, review resources, Flight Deck games, and support options.

Nihongo Flight is not officially certified, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by the Japan Foundation, JEES, JLPT organizers, JFT-Basic organizers, or any government agency unless explicitly stated in writing.

The platform is provided for Japanese learning and exam preparation support. Nihongo Flight does not guarantee:

• A passing JLPT result
• A passing JFT-Basic result
• Employment or work placement in Japan
• Visa approval
• School admission
• Any specific exam or career result

Users must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping their login details secure. Account access is personal and must not be shared, sold, transferred, or lent to another person.

Course access may be free, paid, manually approved, pending, revoked, or time-limited depending on the course, promotion, or eligibility rules. Administrative approval may be required after payment confirmation.

Payments may be handled manually through official channels such as Messenger, email, GCash, Maya, bank transfer, PayPal, or another method listed by Nihongo Flight. Course access is activated only after payment or eligibility is confirmed by Nihongo Flight.

Refund and cancellation eligibility may depend on the specific course, promotion, access status, and whether the student has already used or accessed learning materials. Contact Nihongo Flight for refund or cancellation concerns.

Policy note: This section should be updated when Nihongo Flight adopts a final, more specific refund policy.

Flight Hours, review sessions, mock-test support, online classes, and 1-on-1 support are subject to schedule availability, instructor availability, remaining support credits, and student eligibility. Support is not unlimited unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.

Users must not:

• Copy, download, resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid lessons or materials without permission
• Share screenshots, videos, PDFs, or course materials without permission
• Upload harmful, illegal, abusive, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass course, account, or feature access controls
• Use the platform for fraud, spam, scraping, or unauthorized automation
• Harass teachers, administrators, or other learners

Nihongo Flight owns or controls its original lessons, explanations, quizzes, workbooks, worksheets, missions, designs, branding, text, graphics, and platform content unless otherwise stated.

Students receive a limited, personal, non-transferable learning license. Access to a course or material does not transfer ownership.

Some assets, libraries, icons, fonts, SVG stroke-order data, or tools come from third-party sources and remain subject to their respective licenses. See our Licenses & Attributions page for details.

Nihongo Flight may update, pause, modify, or remove features. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, technical issues, hosting interruptions, or third-party service problems.

Nihongo Flight will try to provide a reliable learning service, but it is not responsible for indirect losses, exam results, internet issues, third-party outages, or consequences outside its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nihongo Flight may suspend, revoke, or restrict access if a user violates these terms, abuses the platform, shares paid content, engages in fraud, or causes harm to the service or other users.

Nihongo Flight may update these Terms. The latest version will be posted here, and continued use of the platform after an update means acceptance of the updated terms.
